Back in 2003 when I was first asked by Penguin Books Australia to illustrate Paul Jennings' Rascal the Dragon storybooks [link] I was mis-briefed at first. They told me they wanted a dog dragon. In fact they wanted a dragon that behaved like a dog!
Anyway I found my original sketch ideas for the mis-briefed dog dragon this afternoon and this is how he would have looked had he 'lived' ^_^ Please respect my copyright, thanks. |
